Hard to put a number on this

All I wanted was for them to say to AusPost, “What the hell are you doing, the package is taking forever to get delivered.” Then some customer support person said something like, “We’ll just send you a new one, what’s your address?” I was like, just send it to the same address, how hard can that be? Someone else said, you’re right, we already have your address, no need to type it out again. Then I sent a reply because the original one finally arrived, but they sent a second one anyway. Whatever, I’ll give it to a friend. Then AusPost took even longer this time with AusPost sending me a message saying, there’s no such address. It took 9 days for Auspost to get it from Brisbane to “we have no idea where in Cairns you live.” But the thermometer is fine.
